I have a B1 Visa for 10 years without annotation, If i do get the new L1 Visa - Will the B1 will be cancelled or can i use after L1 visit for 6 months.

---- The B1 Visa will not be cancelled. While entering US at the POE you declare on which Visa you want to enter and accordingly get the I-94.
If you chose to go out of the country after six repeat the process
