Another question. Sorry should have included in my previous thread 
Me and my ex-wife got our divorce approved in US. My ex-wife has always been in student visa in Canada and had a tourist visa of US. We used to visit each other occassionally and during holidays. My ex-wife at present is pursuing her studies in Canada.
I'm planning to get re-married in India and will have my new wife go for an H4 visa. Besides the official divorce doument, is there anything extra that she needs to carry with her for the interview. Is there any kind of complications which can arise because of my previous marriage.
I'm on H1b and has all the required and supporting documents that is normally required for an H4 visa.
