I had the interview for the H1B stamping 5th Dec, morning at the US embassy in
Mumbai. The Officer has taken all the originals like I797, LCA, etc. and said that
my petition is revoked as i am not technically qualified for Programmer Job in
USA. and has refused my visa under 221(g). Am i blocked for life to US or do i
have any chance of getting visa next time can i go for visa next time.
