Reg old H1B petition
Dear friends,
I had an old H1B petition in the year 2004. I got my papers in Jan'05 and I visited US Consulate in Chennai 2 times (Feb'05 & Sep'05) and both the times they had asked me to bring some documents. Since / After the 2nd visit there has been no communication between my employer in US and me. I was also told by my employer that my petition has become pending petition and there is no point in visiting US consulate again with the same petition.
Some other employer filed another H1B in 2006 and when I went to US consulate I was asked about my previous H1B. I've told that I had 2 queries and after that there is no communication between my employer in US and me.
How to respond to visa office incase if he asks the same question?
