H1-company split
Hi,
I currently work for X division in company Y. However, today the CEO announced that company X will be formed, and company Y will also be present. How will this affect my H1 visa which is currently stamped for company Y. I am working currently in X division which is to become a new company.
Please let me know if I need to re-stamp my visa for company X, which will be created in 6 to 9 months?
