About H1 Urgent

Hi There,
I have filed H1-B Visa. Last year and I got it for 9 months, because I stayed in USA as H4 for 5 years.If I want to get H1 -b Visa for how long do I need to wait to file for another H1-B.

What status are you in right now.
With the new memo the USCIS has decoupled H1 and H4 time. So all the time that you spent on H4 will not count against H1 and you can request an extension of H1 based on that.
