hi, i did my MS in USA, worked on my Practical Trainning from april 2004 to october 2004. and then got my h1 in october 2004 for 3 years. my h1 gets expired in october 2007
i came back to india due to some personnel reasons in april 2005. and stayed back. i am not working in india. my employer in US still holds my H1 and is offering me a position. if i want to get back to india will i have any problems in immigration
and for extension of my h1 will i have any problems? and how many pay stubs would be good enough to get h1 extension.
