Hi,
My i-94 and H1B visa expired on 26 Nov 2006.
My Employer filed my H1B extension on Oct 2006.
H1B extension approved on Jan 2007, with new I-94 starting from Jan 2007 till Oct 2009 and visa paper as well.
Q1. I believe my visa / I-94 should have from the 27-Nov-2006.
Q2. How do I show that I was in valid status during these days from 27-NOv-2006 to 5-Jan-2007.
Q3. We may servive here and how do you show the counseller in India that it is not issue while go for stamping ?
Please help me what are the consequence and how to rectify that ?
