Effect of 212(a)(6)(c) on H1-b
Hello,
My F1 visa got rejected under this section 212(a)(6)(c) on June 2001. Now am I eligible to apply for H1-B, since in November 2005, I have went for H1-B interview, they put me under Administration Process and suspended my case. Now my current employer in india wanted to apply for B1 Visa. Shall I eligible for it atleast.
Please any body help me in this regard.
