Hi,

Company A sponsored me H1B visa which I have applied & received by Oct 2005 valid until Sep 2008 but unfortunately that project got cancelled so I never entered USA.

Now Iam trying to go to USA with the same H1B to the same company who sponsored me visa..

My question is:

Is this visa will be valid till sep 2008..Is it possible for me to enter USA at any time within the valid period or else should I once again apply to the new H1B?

As long the sponsoring employer has job for you, you can enter at any time before the H1 status expires.
