Hello,
I was going through your website and really found excellent informative stuff. I have a query regarding my H1B. I am currently in India and having a H1B visa.
1)I do not want to go to the company for whom I am having H1B. Can I transfer it to different company in US without joining this company?
2)Also another company is ready to process H1 visa for me, Do I come under same fresh visa CAP? do I need to wait for October as visa opens by that time only?
