Booking an appointment Date on vfs website

Hi

Our Visas expired this January and we have the extension papers ready. Now my wife is going to India and we are planning on getting an appointment to get her visa extension stamping for in India.

I want to take an appointment date on :
https://www.vfs-usa.co.in/ website.

In the process it asks for State of Residence:

(i)A resident of India/Bhutan or (ii) An Indian citizen resident in the US

what would I select here, as she is in US for the last eight months, do I have to select "An Indian Citizen resident in US" or select "A resident of India/Bhutan"

Please advice.
