Hi,
I applied for H1B visa last year from U.K.
I was asked to go to India as they wanted to check my educational credentials. Later at Chennai my case was put on hold i.e 221g mentioning that there was aom administrative enquiry to be done and asking me to submit tall the documents again. Then I received a letter from the embassy stating that my visa was rejected, without mentioning any particular reason.
Now am applying H4. Could anyone helping me out as to wether my previous rejection of H4 visa(one year ago) might cause any problem on my H4.
Anyone who has undergone the same situation or anyone who is well aware about the legalities and the solution to such a situation please??
