I will be going to USA on H1 visa along with my wife on H4 visa.

We are planning for my wife to get employment in USA and transfer her H4 to H1.

Can you please me and let me know the following details:

1. How much time does it take to convert H4 to H1.
2. Is it easy to transfer H4 to H1
3. Do people on H4 with relevant qualification get the employment.

- Yes, provided she has 16 years of education.
