DD amount for H4

Hi all,

Apart from the visa fee is there any additional amount in DD we have to carry at the time of visa interview. If yes then interested to know know how much is the DD amount currently ?

Only the fees at HDFC is required no other fees is required.

# Visa Application Fee (MRV Fee): $100 in Indian Rupee equivalent at consular rate of exchange. Rupee amount at current rate of exchange (Rs. 46) is Rs 4,600/-

This fee is payable in cash or by Demand Draft/HDFC Bank check favoring "US Embassy - Visa Fees". Demand drafts issued by co-operative banks are not accepted.

# VFS’ Service Charge: Rs.322/- which includes VFS’ service charge Rs 310/- & Bank service charge Rs12/- (inclusive of Service Tax @ 12% and Education Cess Tax @ 0.24%)

This fee is payable in cash or by DD/HDFC Bank check favoring "HDFC Bank a/c VFS". DDs issued by co-operative banks are not accepted.

No visa issuance fee for Indians
