Startup company and transfer H1

Hi All,

I am on H1b Visa . I am planning to start my own company . I already have a friend of mine who is a citizen . My questions are

1> Will it be a problem for transfering my H1 visa from my current employer to my own company ? Is it risky

2> My visa is going to expire at the end of this year and i will need a extension ... so are there are any chances of rejection as the company i will be working for is a startup ?
