H4 status looking for a job ,so that i can transfer to H1

Hi guys,
I am currently on H4 n looking for a job. But my Degree is in Bachelor of Arts from India,so its kinda difficult for me to get any jobs. can any1 suggest me anything i can do to get a job in the IT feild.
And does anybody know anything abt PCDCA certification? Plz do help me if some1 knows anything abt this plzzzzzzzzzz
