i need help regarding my case whether to apply for a H1B visa for coming years quota or entry with b1.
i have entered US in year 2000 with B1/B2 visa valid with 6 Months but have overstayed for 4.5 years.
i came back in year 2005.i do not have any criminal record, and also my finger prints with US cosulate or in any part of the country.
i have changed my passport legally by change of photo, can apply for H1 visa.
i would like to know whether there will any record of overstay in my old passport that will affect me of issue of my H1 approval or stopping in entrying into the country i.e, at port of entry but i have changed
my passport .what is the best way to entry in US to apply for H1 or B1.
please can any one tell what is immigration policies and procedures for people who left the country with an
overstay and like to come back with new passport and what r the details are available at the consulate and also at the port of entry.
r to entry with a canada broder so that it will not have much checking of my passport try to get a overstay record.
or it is the best way for to entry by getting a b1 visa from 3rd country.
or what is the best way to entry in US legally pl give me your advise whether i have stay for some time in india
