Shall I use my OPT or apply for H1-B??

Hi, folks,

I really need some help now. I am going to graduate this May and I have already applied for OPT. Shall I ask some employer to apply for H1-B for me now or shall I just stay on my OPT and wait for the next year? Really confused...
