i got married in 2005 my husband stays in germany nd filed to usa last week feb 2007 i am staying in hyderabad (india)for 1 year and after marriage once i applied for student visa for germany for higher studies and i was rejected .so now i want to go USA through h4 visa(dependent )for that i want to enter spouse name in my passport as for h4 visa as govt made a compulsion for entering spouse name in passport ........my question is that 1)will the passport office will they issue me new passport with entering the spouse name in new passport ,with old passport i am asking this bcoz as i got rejected stamp in old passport will they issue me newwpassport with empty 36 papers ??? 2)how will they issue, will attatch with by putting clip or by attaching with glue? i mean after putting cancellation stamp in old passport ......according to me is i just want to take only new passport to usa embassy at chennai but not old one is that possible to me plz reply soooooooon
