H4-H1, Can I go to india, Urgent

I am on H4 visa (Expire date 10th June) and i would like to transfer it to H1 in april.
I am planning to go to india in july for 3 months after getting H4 extension visa stampling in Mexico.
My question is if i get H1 approval after coming back to US may i work without H1 visa stamping?

Please help me it's urgent

yes you can work without a h1stamp. I worked for 9 months without a h1 stamp. All you need is valid I-797 approval notice when you start working.

I would like to add You will have to File for I 539 (change of stauts from H4 to H1) if you are not going to get the H1 stamped from outside US OR you could go outside US and get the H1 stamped without filing I 539
