premium processing for h1b

friends my brother applied for h1b visa (premium processing) from germany basically he is indian but he had gone to studies course of SAP (abap)

1)my question is .....is there any great demand for SAP(system application program) in usa i mean how much can he get a pay if he is working through SAP job .... as i need to need to know starting pay to workers ?as my friend said nearly a SAP worker gets 8-9 lakhs for freshers is that correct wat ever i got information from my friend?

2)how long it take for premium processing ( MAXIMUM days)? is 2 april 2007 is the starting date for premium processing?

3)i want to know regarding working days ..................... is working days means which starts from april 2 ??

3)when he get approval letter at the same time will he get all the documents which he had submitted to usconsulate?

premium processing for h1b

as my husband applied for h1b visa in germany as premium processing and after getting h1b stamping in germany my husband saying that he will be comming directly to india and take me as dependent (h4 visa) ..........but my question is can i apply as dependent when he comes to india may be in JUNE OR JULY? will i get ? do the usconsulate asks about payslips nd tax papers ?????
