Hello,
I came to US in May 2006 from India on an onsite assignment. I travelled here on a H1-B visa. As per the company for which I am working, on H1-B visa they pay me in full my Indian Salary and pay me here perdiems and allowances. I do not have any pay stubs for the per diems and allowances, but i have all the pay stubs for my salary which I get in Indian Rupees. I have a document issued by my company saying that I am entilted to these perdiems and allowances and my company pays my tax.
I would like to know in the absence of paystubs issues by my company , what can be a way out to get my H1-B transfered. Please responsed asap, its really urgent .
