When filing the lca form eta 9035 for h1. Does the start date have to be October 1st 2007?
Because it states that:
Validity Period
The H-1B and H-1B1 certification is valid for the period of employment indicated on the Labor Condition Application (LCA), specifically the Form ETA 9035E, for up to three years.
If the eta has a date prior to October 1st 2007 will the h1b become rejected?
Also does that mean I have to file the eta on April 1, 2007 because when I apply now with begin date of October 1st 2007. It is rejected stating that "The form has to be filed six month from employment date."
Also if an eta form was certified with wrong information is there a way to correct it once it is already approved?
