i just want to know till when we can file h1b applications in this year ?actually oen of my friend saying till march 10 2007 we have to file for h1b visa is that correct information??

nd i want to know how many weeks it take for premium processing for h1b visa ? if we apply for h1b visa as premium processing when we get an approval notice nd our documents from usconsulate?

nd if we go for premium processing will the work done faster nd get soooon approval notice? is that 100% process is faster

the H1b quota opens April 1, 2007. You can file an H1b application until the quota remains open which could be 15 days to few months. If the application is for a new H1b (not a H1b transfer), the earliest date you can get a visa is Oct 1st, 2007 so its no use wasting money on premium processing. If you apply in the normal process, it would cost you $2500 (Rs 1,10,000), under premium processing it would cost $3500 (Rs 1,54,000).
