H4 and Petition Confuse - Transfer Petition

Hello..

I am on H1 b visa in USA. My wife will go for H4 visa mumbai this month.
I was come in US last month..i got sponser from company A. on the first month another company B is ready to sponser me. and also ready to transfer my Visa from company A to B.

Right now i am working in company B. I got H1 transfer receipt and I 129 from company B. The visa is not transfer fully..it will take 4-5 months.but i got receipts so i can start work in that company..

My query is what petition name i have to mention in My wife application. and if i mention company B name then it's work. be'z i have all original document from company B. and it is ok to go for visa before my visa fully transfer..

so i requeste you to solve my query..

I think you will need the new approval notice I797 for the stamping.

BY USA laws..if we have receipts then we are able to work in company. i have i 797..but it's with receipts...so it's work or not tell me..i also have i 129 from company b..all original i send it to my wife and i also have salary check and tax returen from this company..will it works or not ???
