Hello Everyone,
I wonder if you can help me. One of my firiends and I (we are both on H1B) decided to go into a franchising business. After talking to a lawyer, there seem to be two ways of going.
E-2
H1B transfer
The way we would transfer the H1B is form an LLC on my girlfriend (US Citizen) and then transfer our H1Bs there.
We are leaning over the second option as we also learned that it is harder and more expensive to try E-2. Any opinions or comments? Do you see anything hazardous in the situation?
