H1B 7th yr Extension, Interview in Local Office

Here are the details:

H1B - 6 yr getting over - 02/07
Labor filed - 10/02
Labor Approved - 06/06
I140 Approved - 10/06
H1 B (3 yr ext) filed - 12/06

Current Status:
The prelimnary precessing is complete. Your case has been transfered to Newark, NJ office for a standard interview.

Has any one heard some thing like this before. I thought either there is an RFE or a denial. This is something new.

If any once has been through this, what is the time frame for NJ office to call for an interview..
