hi all

i have attended on 2nd dec for H1 at chennai
I got 221g blue sheet
asking for client letter , notarised list of employees
taxreturns ,unemployement wage report n all
n asked me to drop at any VFS

N NOW EMPLOYER IS TELLING THERE IS NO VACANCY WITH MY OLD CLIENT
N HE IS GIVING ME ALL DOCUMENTS FROM NEW CLIENT

AS ITS 3 MONTHS PASSED HE SI TELLING THERE IS NO VACANCY WITH MY OLD CLIENT
BUT MY OLD CILENT NAME IS MENTIONED IN 221G FORM
what sholud i do
i am frustrated
if any one faced same problem n got visa
plz suggest me
what will help me
my old client doc or my new client doc
he is telling that he will be givig a letter satating that there is no vacancy with old client n there is job waiitng for me with new client which is very good company

pla suggest me
