Hi, one of my friends is coming to US on Mar 20th, on H4 visa which is expiring in Oct 2007. She was in India since March 2006 because of her mom's health problems. Will it be a problem with INS at the airport? Will they ask for paystubs at the airport as her husband has no stubs since 4 to 5 months ? please reply..

---- If the H4 Visa is unexpired and valid for entry to US then there are no issues that you need to be concerned about. There is no need of pay stubs or anything of that sort. It may be beneficial to carry a copy of the I-797 for H1 just in case.
