Hello Sir.
How are you? I have been working in USA on h1b visa since 2001 and visa has expired on the passport. Due to family emergency, I have to go to India. I have already booked an appointment online for the H1B revalidation. Recently city of New York has transfered my H1B visa and got the 3 years h1b extension based on previous employer's I-140 approval notice.
Would there any be problem getting H1B stamping?
I would appreciate if i you can give me your suggestion
