traveling to india

I searched in this forum but as I couldnt get any satisfying reply I repost this again. Kindly help me senior members by replying it asap ..

I have come to US through company A with a visa valid till september 2007. I transferred my H1 now through company B and got new H1b approval notification which has new I-94 valid till june 2009. Now I need to travel to India for 1 week. Since my passport has a valid visa till sept 2007 through first employer would I require stamping when entering US again as my petitioner got changed now?

Please advice if anyone has gone through same condition earlier.
Your help is highly appreciated.

---- no,u need not go for stamping if u r coming back to u.s before september 2007.it is safe to carry new h1b approval and new I94.so many my friends,relatives come back like that....

iam telling what i have known ask some others also....
