Travelling on H1B from country other than home country(India)

Hi,
I got a new h1B 3months back and then came to Switzerland to work for a different company. Now I want to travel to US on H1B from Switzerland directly without going to to India.

is it a problem at port of entry ?

What documents(apart from visa,passport and origina I-797) I need to carry to show at port of entry?

---- As long as you have a valid and unexpired Visa affixed on your Passport, you can travel from any part of the world to the US and you should not be having any issues at the POE. The documents you indicated above are in order. Just ensure that you carry I-129, LCA (though they are not asked), it is good to keep a copy with you
