Hi all,
My friend came back to US on March 31st 2007 after 2 and half months stay in India.She attended her visa interview in India and got her visa till Sep 2008. But, after landing in the US,the immigration officer made a mistake of not looking at the most recent visa , so in her I-94 he stamped the date as Sep 2007. She didnot realize it there.
My question is, is there any way to correct this problem without travelling back to India in this 6 months?
Please help.
