An H4 question

Hi,
Please explain me if my family (living in India) can travel to the U.S. with the H4 they have on their passport if I transfer my H1 to a new employer.

I live in the U.S. and my family went to India for a vacation.
They will be back in June.

If I transfer my H1 right now, are they eligible to come back to the U.S. with the existing H4?

Or they got to get a new H4 for the new H1?

I am really confused in this regard. Please someone help me...

---- However, if you trasnfer your H1 to a new employer in the meantime, ensure that you send them a copy of the H1 approval notice to enable them to get a I-94 at the POE until the validity date or this H1
