  • Stamping: Risk of rejection if any

    Hi

I am on H4 and have my passport stamped for US H1b Stamp valid until Feb 2007. I had changed my employer in May 2006 and my new petition is valid until Apr 2009.

All I would need is a stamp in passport

Now if I go to my home country (India) for visiting & stamping. Is there any risk of rejection?

Should I avoid going outside US for risk of rejection?

    Thanks
    Rahul

---- There may not be an issue of rejection but that famous form of 221g might be given and you end up waiting endlessly in India to get the Visa stamp

Should I avoid going outside US for risk of rejection?

---- If possible yes, you should avoid going out of US
