Please help - H1B Ext Premium Processing - Didn't receive receipt # from INS

Hi ,

My lawyer sent my H1B Ext papers (Premium processing) to INS on 7th of April 2007. Till now, my lawyer has not received the Receipt Number from the INS? It is almost 2 weeks now. What we need to do now? Please let me know.

My H1B tranfer was sent on 10th April ( last tuesday) to uscis CA center in premium processing but still no answer from uscis.

Hi,

I think our cases seems the same. Can u please let me know thru this post once you receive your receipt # from INS? This will allow me to guess probably when I will get my receipt # from INS.
