H1B Transfer

Hi,

I have worked for 3 months Jan/Feb/Mach'07 in US and have consolidated
pay statement for 3 months.

I am out of US, and have a valid US H1b visa uptil Dec'2009.

If I get a good job in US , what is way to make use of exisiting visa
and what is the way to get it transferd to new employer.

H4 visas are also stampped with the old compnay. how does that need to be addessed to make them enter into the country with out any problem.

What is the best way to handle this issue.

Will be greatfull if some one throw some time on this

you need to enter in US first then you find company who give you job and ready to transfer your h1. Do it ASAP as you are out of status since last 2 months.

I do not agree with your view....
The guy has worked for 3 months and gone out of USA.... how is he considered out of status??
It is not a requirement to keep working without a break until your h1b expires...

would like to know your reasoning behind the conclusion....
