H1-B Transfer limited payslips(URGENT)

I came to US in Feb-07 through Company A.I got a job in March 19 and i have completed my April month.
I have Pay slip for the month of March-19(near 1/2 month)
I have Pay slip for the month of April(Full month)

Now i got a permanent offer in Compan-B,I would like to know with 1 1/2 (One and Half month) of pay slips will the Company-B will be able to Transfer my H-1B.
