  • H1B tranferred from Company A to B and not joing B,H1 Papers of B needed?

    Hi Experts,

I have transfered my H1-B from company to A to B. Now I want to stay back with A only as iam not yet resigned A. My question is since i am not joining company B and so i dont have H1-B transferred visa papers with me, therefore in future if i want to transfer my H1-B to someother company then company A visa papers are enough or do i still need company B visa papers?
and do i need mentioned about company B information?
I want to understand the consequences if i dont have H1b papers ofcomapny B while iam transfering to any other company!.. Please help me ASAP this is very imporantant.

    Thanks
    Shashi

The 2nd approval doesn't come to the picture at all

From My knowlwdge, There is nothing called Visa transfer. We simply call that way. All are new H1B petitions. The only diffrence between the first and subsequent ones are, First one is under the 65K quate while others are outside.

So in your case you have two approvals. You are working for one of them. Now you need to take a third approval. You can rightly do so and it is again up to you to work for the third caompany or not.

The 2nd approval doesn't come to the picture at all !
