hey guys,
i'm working for a small IT consultancy...my employer almost never pays me on time...even if he does, my paycheck bounces and after making many calls , its only then he gets it sorted...this is causing me stress too..i spoke with him about this...but our conversation didnt sound promising at all..i'm really frustrated now...is there anything i can do? i mean complaining to DOL or something...can we complain if we do not get paid on time...or do we need to complain only if we dont get paid at all? any suggestions??please help ....thank you
