Hi, I graduated last year with Bachelor Degree in General Studies , most of my classes were in computer and business related. I am trying to apply for H1 B i was told that i would be hard for me to get an H1 visa. Can you help me clarify this please? I graduated from a US college and currently working in as a office administrator for a physical therapy clinic under OPT. Please help me with any information that can help me. Can you recommend any attorney.
