Hi,
I am currently on H1 visa that is valid till Dec'08. I am going to India for 2 months for my marriage, and planning to come back with my wife, after getting her the H-4 visa. Because i work as a Consultant due to the long duration of my vacation, i have to discontinue from the current client project that i am working on. I will be attending interviews for my next client project during my stay in india but can not say for sure i would have a client project, that i would start working on as soon as i get back. My question is would this situation create any problems at the H-4 visa interview for my wife or at the port of entry on my return. If anyone has faced such a situation or has knowledge about it, please respond. Would i be needing any other additional documentation at the H-4 interview for my wife or at the port of entry on return.
