  • H1 221(g) Case suspended and sent to USCIS

    Hi,

I received an email today from the consulate that my Case has been suspended and has be sent back to USCIS. After getting two 221(g) blue forms.

Does this mean that my visa is rejected?
I cannot apply this year as the quota is already gone by.

Can my employer do anything about this?

    Regards,
    Bhaskar
