h1b transfer under portability(urgent)

I got my H1B under employer A from michigan and is to be expired in september 2007 and I haven't entered into USA yet and employer A hasn't given any signal sofar.Now Employer B has assured me a Job in New Jersey and transfer of H1B without the knowledge of Employer A.Is this possible?.what will be the implications?.

I am in a decent job in singapore...

Can I take this risk?
