  • Restamping for fresh H1B for previous SUSPENDED cases in AAP

    Hi everyone,

Last year my H1B application (interviewed at Chennai) went to admin processing and finally the case was suspended and returned back to USCIS.

This year my H1B petition was selected in random-selection process and got approved.

    My questions -
    1. Has anybody who got their application suspended and got their visa stamped with their new application?
    2. Does this case (suspended) is treated as refused or rejected? What should I say at vfs website (which asks whether my application refused twice in last 12 months)? And what should I say in DS156/157?
    3. Can I attend any consulate in India or should I go to only chennai? What will be success rate if I go to Mumbai/Delhi?

    Thanks in advance,

    With rgds,

    DD
