H4-H1b COS approved, stamping in india

Hi All,

My COS from H4 to H1 is approved and now i am planning to get stamping done in india. Could you please share your experience. Will the year of IT experience will be an issue. I have only 10 months IT experience in india. Then i came to US on H4.

Appriciate if you can share your experience about stamping in india.
