  • Case suspended by US consulate, sent to USCIS

    Hi All,

Does anyone/your friends have got the H1 stamping after the case being suspended by US Consulate in India and returned to USCIS?

    Subramanya,

What would be chances to get a stamp after suspension? I was informed by my employer not to worry as USCIS would contact them with some queries and I would get a stamp after the query is over.

    Regards,
    Bhaskar

You should not worry till your case has been revoked. it has been only suspended for USCIS in USA to sort it out.

I have seen some examples where people have got Visa stamped after suspension.
