H4 to H1 convert

HI ,

I have H1 b visa for the US.
And my wife is on H4 visa.

I want to know Is it possible to convert H4 to H1 B.
And what is the procedure to convert the visa.

If company is ready for sponser visa for my wife.
Is it possible to convert H4 to H1 B ??

Yes, it is possible to convert H4 to H1. But this years's quota is over so you need to wait till April 2008 to file the H1.
