i had filed for h1 and my current status is

On June 9, 2007, we mailed you a notice that we have approved this I129 PETITION FOR A NONIMMIGRANT WORKER. Please follow any instructions on the notice. If you move before you receive the notice, call customer service.
What does this mean?

please help me understand.

This means that your H1b is approved and you can relax. It usually takes about a week for the I-797 to reach your company who are then supposed to mail your copy to you.

Make sure you have them scan it before sending it to you.
